Hope you get help. Don't give up. It's just overwhelming at first if you don't have anyone around who can help.

Don't forget to call the e-Flite tech support line. They are very good and very patient with noobies. They will even call you back if you can't stand to wait on hold. I called them once and they zeroed right in on my problem. I think I waited about 15-20 minutes, but it was clear how you could give them a number for a call back. I had a separated swashplate (which is common after minor crashes), but didn't know enough about what to look for. I just snapped it back in place and I was back in the air. Your issues may well be similar so don't give up.
