Brushed S-90 ESC HELP
Lisers,
Recently bought a 3M sailplane (115" WS) at a swap meet that included a Mega FAI brushed cobalt motor and ESC. The ESC says S-90 on it and has nothing else except Battery and Motor labels.
Applying voltage to the power terminals gives me 5.0 V out. When I run that to the Rx, the Rx doesn't work. Unplug the ESC and replace wih Rx battery and it works. ????
Unable to find any info on this ESC doing an internet search and RC Universe search. No idea as to brand, specs, etc.
Anyone out there familiar with this ESC? I am thinking I may have to 'arm' the ESC somehow to get it to spin the motor but I am baffled about the Rx not working with 5V from the ESC but working with 5V from a battery.
Any help???
If need be, any good leads on another 90A brushed ESC?????
