I think I'm going to end up cutting the stab out all together and rebuilding it. I checked it out a little closer and the rest of the wood that is left on the plane is cracked at the fuse and needs to be replaced. How hard is it to cut the stab out? I have a dremel, I think that sounds like my best choice. And sorry Ken, but like Brett said, I can't have a second rate design, SOONER!
