I had some wing slop issues with my Pizazz. I just did a little shiming with some balsa and used epoxy. I pushed it into the gap with a popsickle stick. When it was close to being setup, I smothed the epoxy with a wet finger. A little later, before everything was really hard, I cleaned of any excess epoxy with alcohol. After I was done, I sealed the seam with RTV. Worked really well. hasn't come lose.
I fit my own wing with my SuDoKhoi. No slop
I just wicked in some thin ca to bond it. There was a little gap toward the trailing edge that I filled in with some medium CA, then hit it with kicker. After everthing had a chance to setup, I sealed with RTV to keep the fuel out. Worked great.
