yeah you got lucky there, one or two small cables saved you from a possibly ruined motor, and a bunch of tail damage when the plane landed tail first. I can tell you from past experiences though it is interesting watching the show when you lose 5-6 pounds off the front of an airplane from a high altitude....Once I saw a giant g-shark blow the motor off, it looked like a lunar module seperating from a rocket, then the big ole tail heavy fuse and wing did a weird slow speed slide/harrier down to the ground almost level,only thing the plane broke was the elevators when it hit, and it probably weighed 12 pounds without the motor... I think the motor crank was severly bent, i mean when you drop a gas motor from about 200 feet and it bounces about 5 feet high...there tends to be damage !
