A few of my upgrades...
epoxied the wing halves together
strengthened the area with the wing indexes into the fuse and where the landing gear attaches
glued the rear stab and elevator to the fuse
check the elevator wire and add CA to all the hinges
changed my tail wheel assembly to a Sullivan
upgraded to Dubro low bounce wheels (rubber not foam)
