Just like a R/C car body. Just mask off your tint on the inside, and spray a few light mist coats inside the canopy, check for opaqueness after each coat, when it's a solid color, your done. You don't need to scuff the surface or anything, when done glue the canopy down with the formula 560 canopy glue or screw it in the corners into the 1/4x1/4 side rails.
