Where do you find 4s 3600 batteries for $39? I'd like to try one, it sounds perfect for this setup.

Here are the cheaper batteries. They are "good" batteries, but not great batteries, i.e. 1C charge rate, voltage will drop more than other packs, you likely won't get 500+ cycles out of them, etc. For the price they work well.
