Default Airworld L39 Albatros kit building notes

don't over strengthen the rear end, it don't need it

How did you strengthen yours. Install all the supplied peices, then add some strengthening, or did you replace any of the installed parts from the start? Or did you strengthen it at all?

you will need all the weight of the cockpit kit

Good. Cause I sure wouldn't want to fly without it! I think I'd leave out the turbine before the cockpit kit if I needed to lighten it up, then go find a nice slope somewhere with high winds

cut the bottom off the fuel tank, you won't believe what you find

I am looking at alternatives on the tank. Possibly something from BVM, or I will make some from scratch.

fitted mine with amt pegasus(30lb) more than enough

I hear more and more than a P-120 should be more than enough. I have one so I'll probably go ahead with that one.

Thanks for the comments everyone, and keep them coming...
