Default RE: Seagull Models

Insane - it sounds like your 260 lands and handles about like mine. Mine will drop the right wing if you get too slow with it. Landing has to be pretty hot or you'll see the cart wheel effect, which isn't pretty. The Cg if I remember correctly was at 8mm from L/E. I don't really know where mine is at now but that was way too tail heavy for me. The lateral balance only took moving the battery pack to the right side to correct it.I had a sub-C battery pack that I put inside the engine compartment that made things much easier. I never put it back on the balancer to see where it was at. The 260 ,to me, don't compare with the Goldberg 540. I recently found one here on RCU to purchase.I haven't put it together yet, don't know that I will as long as the 260 holds together. I had a Saito 100 in the first one, while it did not have unlimited vertical it flew the plane just fine. I have the same engine in the 260. I found a deal on a Saito 120 that I intend to put in the Edge 540. I'm eager to see if it handles as good as the first one.
