Unfortunately (in this situation) a c/a hinge is like a wick for c/a glue. The glue works it's way all through the hinge then seals it so it will not absorb anything else when the glue dries. I don't think the debonder will stand a chance unless the entire trailing edge is submerged in the stuff. Better to carefully trim the hinges flush with the t.e. and start again with a slot machine (my choice) right beside the original slots. My 2cents.
