The OS FS 61 manual is not on that page?

You will have to call hobby services at Tower and ask for they may be able to mail you a Zerox copy of the manual?

Just send them an email requesting the manual if it's not listed. I sent in a request a couple weeks ago and got a PDF within a half hour.
