North Central Pylon League
The North Central Pylon League had its final race of 2009 on October 4. We had four 428 races and seven club Q-46 races, with one being cut short and canceled because the President was in town and no RC flying for over 3 hours.
After the last Q-46 race of the year, the points are totaled and the top 8 pilots fly off in a shootout for bragging rights till next year. This is always a hotly competitive race with 4 planes in a 10 foot box for ten laps. This year was no different with our own National Champion, Dave Norman winning.
