Dude,
I went to a new field where I had to stay below 400' and hence couldn't use smoke in my flash, well I couldn't use smoke in my bandit either, becuase the instant I hit smoke I would give away how high I was flying.
Well, I had to land with full smoke tanks. Let me tell you the flash was UNHAPPY. The CG was aft (because of full smoke tanks) and with my 90 degree flaps (ie airbrakes) I had a porpoising approach. I thought I was going to loose it!!
I made it down in one piece, drained the smoke and then she was all happy landings after that!!
