Thanks for posting the pics. That is one of the 188 Canadian Grizzlies built by Montreal Locomotive Works.

It represents an intermediate style Sherman M4A1 with the narrow hatches. It also has the E6480 3-piece differential cover. For comparison photos of the Mato tank, look for pics of M4A1(76)Ws.
