Crispyspa could you show a closeup of one of the joints? That plastic may be the way to build solid hulls without costing an arm and a leg. Have you had any joints come apart or suffered any damage from hitting something? If so, how easy or hard is it to repair? That is a sharp looking hull. Dennis
The joints, if not joined properly (like building with wood) will be weak. All of the damage Ive ever done was in the winter and it usually involved a 40MPH barrel roll or slamming into a fence post. Repairs are fairly easy. The plastic starts to get brittle around 0° F and will break if hit hard enough....otherwise it will take a
severe pounding.
