Does anyone laser cut wing ribs for the DNU.

I usually make up a template from counter laminate (formica) for each plane I build. It's tough, can be sanded to a smooth edge and makes cutting ribs much easier. With a little care, there will be very little sanding involved when the ribs are stacked.
