i am looking at fitting a brushless motor in a pusher configuration in place of the speed 400 currently employed. i'm looking at Kontronic, Hacker, Astro , Aveox etc. what i want to know is what motors ( direct drive ) and props give the best thrust per amp on 8 cells. i would like to know any proven combinations. i'm not looking for the MAXIMUM thrust, but somerthing that gives reasonable consideration to the cells. i dont want a fan motor with a 2 x 2 prop, looking for a 4 - 5 inch diameter camprop type.
