RE: O.S. V-Spec catastrophic failure?!?!
UPDATE: Well, I finally found the time to tear the engine out of my Arena and see what happened to my V-Spec... I took the backplate off and parts came tumbling out! Yeah... bad news. The con-rod appears to have sheared in half...! The entire inside of the crank case looks pretty chewed up. I am assuming that the engine is junk... Correct? I have never experienced this before, what could cause this or what can I do to avoid this in the future?!
