Default want to have a boat carry my line out to sea


I am definitely new to r/c boating. But would like to get a boat that would take my line out say 100 yards or so and drop it. I can rig up the drop device, but Ineed to get some input on what would be a good boat for saltwater and waves use with good stability and /or self righting capability. Slow speed is preferable.
