Sorry I wasn't very specific.

With a new glow plug, the engine runs fine from idle all the way up, and back down again.

When the tank is fueled up for a second run on the same plug, it will die when the ignitor is removed, no idle or any thing else.

If I put a new plug in, the second tank runs fine, and so on throughout the day.

I am running a standard plug, 10% cool power, no exsesive smoke, no odd noise, nothing out of the ordinary, it just dies.

Ignitor voltage is fine, as when I pull the plug, it glows fine.
