If you're sure it's not the batteries, you may also want to check your electronics. You may have damaged something else in the crash.

when I plug the battery in, the helicopter wouldnt go thru its initalizing beeps, it would only beep one time then stop. I would have to
remove the plug a couple of times and plug it back in before it would initialize properly (beep).
Given this information, I am sure that the ESC and/or receiver is/are damaged.
And if the ESC does not go thru the normal beeps, what made you throttle up? There is one thing I learned a while ago with helis, and I have a scar to remind me. If something does not look right, DO NOT THROTTLE UP!.
