Hello Mr. Kerry.

I have never seen this type if issue with the 2250 Air Start turbine version.
Upon applying air, the cockpit display's LEDs showing as follows.

Yellow: steady on
Green: Blinking (Should be steady)
Red: Blinking.

Once i stop apply the air, the red LED stop blinking and only the green blinks and yellow steady.
I could feel the fuel pump trying to prime, but it only briefly rotates then stop. After that, nothing.
I check and changed battery, and disconnect and reconnect everything, no luck. Could you please
help me understand what could be the cause for this. I hope it is not the RPM sensor. Thank you
