On the 12th Dec. HL told Bill they where on the boat. on the 15th. They told Bill Late December. You still seem to be in that window time frame wise. As of this time I have not heard from Bill yet and he told me as soon as he had them inhand they will be checked as he always does before shipping. I live in NJ. and have received orders from Bill on certain items in 2 (TWO) days time. When he has it it gets QC'd and sent. My guess is he just doesn't have them yet.
I am too guessing that the communication issues may be partly caused by the resolution of his EX partner. May be some legal mumbo jumbo going on there. All I know is it is being worked on. Hang in there. Check to see if some of the guys that have gotten theirs from Mato yet. How long did it take for them. 7 to14 buisness days is actually pretty normal for shipping anything unless you pay for next or second day delivery.
If you are just trying to bash Bill and RCCommand, give it a rest. The line in the sand has clearly been drawn and the story is getting pretty boring.
