Default RE: 23cc Engine break-in

well i have 6 largescale veichles and i ran nothing but onroad23cc last summer & never had any trouble from the engines,i ran the GT5-R for 5-6 gallons for nutech while testing it and no problems my usual break in procedure is:

start up with a rich mix.loads smoke and gently vary speed with no WOT......repeat this for a tank with no wot but towards end of first tank increse revs high but not prolonged.

let cool...........1st tank gone

second tank

more or less use it and tune it and break it in to the high rpm gradualy,by the end of the second tank you should be fully tuned and running great.

i never take out a plug,i use the high speed needle to get max rpm but turn back a little to richen

i always use low speed to tune idle and for best acceleration.

believe it or not for 5-6 gallons on my fg evo onroad i have same plug never removed from new.

this is just my way & if ever i have to inspect a plug they are always a lovely choclate bown colour.

my mix ratio is 2mill syntetic to 5 liters
