I am of the opinion that whoever designed the software for RCUniverse did not look very hard into what other forums were using for I got near zero complaints right now.

At other prominent forums onna Internet, if someone complains, uses a naughty word or so, it gets through, then the entire set of respondants are then accused of being some meanie, even if they posted yesterday, last week or last year. If a complaint is issued, it goes against all such respondants in the paragraph. Not just the latest person. Is easier cheaper, faster to analyse the message as a whole, than to castigate the individual who made the remark.

It may not be perfect, but certainly like the RCU software better than that of other web-sites.
