ORIGINAL: 500 lb. koolaid man
My guess is that it's a real align trex. It's an older model, before the S, SE, SE V2's came out. I can tell be the design of how the servo's are hooked up. I don't believe there were any clones or other very similar looking 450's at the time. The entire tail (everything behind the gyro) is what made me instantly believe it's a rex. Align hasn't changed that design on the 450's with the exception of the torque tube tails.
You're trying to get it into the air, right? Is everything that you have in the pictures?
In that case, you appear to still need:
- Set of main blades, order spare's too lol [link=http://www.eboyztoyz.net/index.php?op=showitem&sku=7947]This is what I would recommend[/link]
- Batteries - 3 cell (11.1V) 1800-2200mah [link=http://hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=7635]This is what I would recommend[/link]
- Transmitter (Do some research, this is harder to recommend, you get what you pay for up to virtually glitch free)
- Receiver (One that's compatible with the transmitter)
Thanks for the info. Iam aware of what it needs to fly, and Iwill use my DX6i for the transmitter, and I plan on using the Spektrum AR6100e receiver. Iwill wait for a few weeks though, as Ijust got a job at my local hobby shop and im going to wait until my discount kicks in
Iappreciate the info very much.
