RE: I've got that RC itch...
I started out looking at the E-Revo & E-Savage but both are more than I'd like to spend. My LHS has the Slash for $379 and and I believe if I sign up to be a member at Tower Hobbies I can get $60 off and free shipping (from what I've heard).
I'm sure I'll do a bit of dirt/gravel/pavement bashing as well. I just have to find some spots near where I live (may head out to the levee).
Are upgrades and replacement parts more readily available for the Slash now? I read about some complaints w/ people not being able to get their trucks up and running again.
