It's always better to buy brushless on the car beforehand if you're thinking about it.Its cheaper and alot of times they come with other little goodies and upgrades that you wont get otherwise.You could look at the E-maxx too, but if you are on a budget, the stampede is what i recommend out of your choices.It does surprisingly good on grass despite being 2wd, and it is very tough. You could always look at the E-maxx too.You're looking at around $150 minimum for a good quality brushless system.You can get them for as little as $100 for something that will work okay (ez run) and up to probably $400+ for the best of the best systems.
