Apply the chart tape, two thin coats of primer, smooth out primer with red scotch brite pads, remove chart tape and paint with final coat. Rivets applied with hot pencil soldering iron with small brass tube on end of it. Just a quick touch with a little pressure applied to it and they go on quickly.
