The reason why they revised the rules to allow 13.5 is because right now there are only three classes in the club scene, silvercan touring, 13.5/23T touring and Mini. Most of the 13.5 touring guys also run in the Mini class, and most of them have switched to Tekin ESCs, so instead of selling their previous BL ESC, why not use them in the mini
