Yes, I've never seen a prop that couldn't be cut down**. Stick whatever size drill bit [that the prop has] into a hunk of wood and C clamp it "X" amount of distance from a jig saw or bandsaw blade...now you're set to go. Chop away. It helps to have a fine tooth blade. You could also use a razor saw.

**APCs don't work well cut down too much unless you recontour the whole blade. MAS and COX props respond very well to blunt tip style cuts.
