I have a new 10C I have been tinkering with. The display is way better on the 10. The 9 however is a little faster to run through the menus on. They have a similar layout, but the 10 has a small joystick above the wheel. The wheel only rotates and pushes in. I am sure I will get used to it, but for now the 9 is the easiest to program of anything I have messed with.
