Default Rx backup battery as onboard glow driver.

This was touched on (back in 09) but I would like to pose this question a bit differently.
I have a twin (4stroke). I have an EMS battery backup system (switches to the backup - only when it is needed).
I have the sullivan (twin) onboard glow system - which can use my 6v Rx pack. Does anyone see a problem
with using the backup battery to run the glow system also? I realize it will be depleted w/ each flight but this would save on
the added weight of an additional battery pack. Or if you were using an onboard system that requires a single cell 1.2v
(which would be an addiitional 5+ oz. of weight). Thoughts?
Thanks,
Ron
