What is the difference in the types of balloons? I just ordered them from West Marine, didn't know there was a difference. Hopefully the primer will cover the brown . .

What happens to the wing center - not painted?

Those are phenolic microballoons. The white ones are made of glass. You don't want to breathe the dust of either type, but especially the glass ones.
