Default Robart Mnfg. Crappy Service

I recently had to order a few parts for some Robart landing gear I own. It took 3 tries to finally get to speak to someone on the phone who said the parts were in stock and they'd get my order right out.
After 3 more calls asking where my parts were they finally arrived 3 1/2 weeks later.
Now if I were ordering from Hong Kong I'd expect a long week but Robart is in Ill. for God's sake!
It seems that this American company isn't too concerned with customer service after the sale,,,,,,I don't know. Anyone else out there have this experience, or did I just catch them on a bad MONTH?
