Mine worked fine until about air fill # 12 or so... Now my brake display shows 26 when empty, retract side is normal. There has to be 2 sensors. 1 for each system. I wished those sensors were customer serviceable and you could buy them. I think these sensors are extremely sensitive to moisture.. I have since bought the moisture in-line trap for my compressor. I would recommend you getting one. $15.00 at Dreamworks. I spoke to Todd about this, he offered to replace the unit no problems. Give him a call. Post any new info you might get fom him. Im intrested to see if the Mfg. is aware and fixing the problem before they ship out.
