RE: Prather Lap Cat 11cc outboard
My experience is only with 3.5 and 7.5cc OB tunnels so I can't advise you on a good prop, hopefully someone with experience can answer that for you. Stock, I'd guesstimate the high 40's to low 50 MPH range, a little more modded.
