This is just my opinion but I don't think a Warbird is a true Warbird unless it's glassed and painted or a nice job with Flite-Metal which I stink at. I'll just stay with primer and paint. Covering is for civilian planes and then only the ones that were originally covered in fabric. The rest should be sheeted and glassed like true Warbirds.

was that a ARF slam? well one can make ARFs look just as good as any kit.. right down to the
flush mounted cowl. you just need some commitment. cost is minimal and it dosn't add alot of weight.
