Your suggestion is an ideal solution for me. I'll try and order through HH, but it is always difficult for customers outside the US. I've never been able to get them to even acknowledge an email request for overseas shipment before.
In the meantime, I ordered a sensor cable from HobbyKing ($7:95) which at least has the same cable connection to plug into the Saito ignition module.
