It looks like you have it glued up at this point..whenever you replace a piece of leading edge its good to extend it out past the broken area, then cut it at and angle and glue it on, I can never recall if that is called a CURF cut or joint ?
Also when a leading edge breaks its nice to lay some would behind the leading edge at the joints. I often even use lightply wood or thin hardwood ply..depending on the plane.

You should be ok on your glider, but if you had butt jointed that way (as it appears) on a high G airplane...the load could very easily break it at the repair.

I hope you won't consider this information as anything other than useful as I am not trying to be critical. It looks like you are well on the way to fixing the damage we all seem to cause once in awhile.
