RE: AMA District X Special Election
I was asked a great question recently about how to vote if you renew your AMA membership on-line. Here it is;
Question; I do all my AMA renewals online and have never paid attention to the paper mailings (other than MA). When can we expect to receive the pertinent paper ballot in the mail?
If you renew on-line you can still vote. You should be sent a paper ballot in October, it is a postcard with the candidate choices and check boxes next to them. Just check off your choice and drop it in the mail it has return postage on the card for you. If you are not sent a ballot call the AMA at 800-435-9262 select extension 290 and speak to Shawn Grubbs. Shawn will provide you with a replacement ballot.
