I think you will need a couple props-one for when your trying to hover that plane and one for just sport flying. I found on 91's a 14x7 APC gives a good combo of thrust, speed. Keeps the rpms under 10K (mid to low 9's). I bet you'll settle with something like that and save your hovering for another plane, Unless that bipe in under 7lbs.
No one prop will do it all for that setup, but a 14x7 would be close.
