FWIW Are you tapping the case or the bearing from the front?...Try after heating (just to the point where a drop of water will boil when applied) with a "Gloved" hand, abruptly "Slamming" the rear open end of the case squarely down on a large piece of wood (2x4?)....The bearing SHOULD fall out [sm=thumbs_up.gif]
