Do you have any further details about that conversion?
Before:
Bottom lip of MATO turret cut off, ring dremmeled out and glued back on. Then I glued and screwed the Tam ring to it. Picture is worth a 1000 words.
Stock Tam elevation motor modified to mate with the MATO mantlet. I wish I had a recoil for it. Oh well, one day.
