Dave, the windshield is .020 thick. Which I'm sure would be more than adequate if it weren't so brittle and was glued in properly. It is so brittle that if I bend it in half it doesn't bend, it breaks.

Every corner of this airplane needs to be checked and double checked. Such a great flying airplane, but, you know the rest.
