It appears to be a metallic blue to me but either the shot is fuzzy or I need to clean my glasses!
OK, the smart-ass stuff out of the way. Is the boat a thick ABS plastic or fiberglass? If JAW is looking in, he may know why I'm asking that question. I can't remember the name of it off-hand so I might have to dig through some old RC boat rags to freshen the grey matter. I'm thinking it's a Hustler if it's ABS.
BTW, the Homelite's come in 25 or 30cc's. More than likely it's a 25.
