If one engine quits you always have enough power to make it to the crash site.
You get to hear your wife say "how much was that engine" in stereo.
Two needle valves to play with.
Two holes in the flying field when you lose it.

Have the throttles on separate channels and use differential power to steer while taxiing... don't need no stinkin' steerable tail wheel!

Flick starting a twin is better than 2 hours at the gym. Pity only one arm has biceps like rockmellons "mental note to oneself, check electric starter battery the night before"

The engine is not the first thing that hits the ground.
If it does crash, you can replace it with TWO airplanes, since you have two engines.

Helps to support the fuel manufacturers!!!!!!
Give the twin pilot the humility to not laugh at the Newbies shaking........kind of like you were with that new twin ten minutes ago and the heart rate is just now droping!!
Some people like four times the trouble for only one extra engine......cannot imagine four or more!!!

With a twin, there is a whole new area of expertise that people who have never flown a twin can share with you as you are pre-flighting, attempting to start up, taxi-ing and flying. Add flaps, and now there is a veritable fount of wisdom coming your way!!

Sympathetic vibration really does show up poor glue joints, linkages unsupported snakes etc.
Double the noise really drowns out those grumpy members who reckon "it will never fly!"
Multiple lacerations on both sides of your hands after a prop strike.
More smoke!!!!

I like twins, especially ones from Norway with big engines up front and nice symetrical horizontal stabilizers.

Didn't Figure The Single Engine Crash Had That good Of Effect.
Wanted speed and could'nt afford the Jet.
Better momentum for dead stick Landings (crashes) Same thing in my book. lol

Actually a low, sweet in tune flyby, even the huble little Twinstar on OS .25s makes every one on the flight line
