Does anyone know if you can use B4 or other 2.2 buggy wheels on my SB sport or do I have to stick with the SB wheels. If I take the hexes off, can I just use some B4 wheels? Thanks for any help you can offer.

I ended up calling MRC today and they said that the axle pin MRC uses may be too thick in diameter to work with B4 wheels. I talked to a guy named Tim Sandor. He was very helpful and courteous.
Long, can you confirm this info. I just want to double check to be 100% clear on this. Thanks.

Tamiya also makes 4wd buggy wheels that fit the 12mm hexes of the Academy SB.

B4 wheels will not fit the sport axles. the diameter fo the axle itself (the pin too) prohibits the wheel from reaching the pin. you clould drill the hole bigger on the b4 rim though.

I spoke with JKRacing on the rc10b4 forum and he said that you can mount the SB wheels to a b4 using the proper hex based on my recollection.
I am planning to check this out as soon as I get around someone with a b4.
