Default Help ID this mount

Cant find a category specific to this so maybe someone here can help. This is a stabilized camera mount for under a pod/boom style helicopter I assume. Havent seen one in a while. Do people still use these? This looks to be semi-home made with the aluminum angle and possible 3D printed parts but looks well done. Its possible that someone was making these and offering them as a kit? If so, anyone know who made it? Looks like a Robart 520 retract kit? Whats its value? Seems a bit obsolete now with all the current technology. Do I sell as is or harvest the retracts and scrap the rest?
